Just received my luna necklace and wow...Simply WOW. First of all, the delivery was very really quick. Second, the packaging is a piece of art. I even tiktoked the unboxing process. When I touched the package it was soooo smooth omg 💗 The box for the necklace is also cute.

Warranty Terms & Conditions
Thank you for choosing VSG Appliances. This limited warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for 180 days from the purchase date. During this time, VSG will repair or replace defective parts at no cost.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover broken glass tops, damage from misuse or improper care, or pest infestations (which void the warranty). If the appliance is located outside the Tri-Cities, WA area, it must be brought to our store for service—no off-site service is available outside the local area.
Parts Warranty: Parts installed by VSG are covered for 180 days. Parts installed by third parties are not covered.
All sales are final – no returns accepted. Appliance parts are only covered under warranty if installed by VSG Appliances.
